The Nittany Valley Volunteer Fire Company would be pleased to be the place for you to host your next event, anywhere from the following:

Office Parties
Christmas Parties
Meetings
Banquets
and MUCH MUCH MORE!

 

Our Social Hall is 38x65 and can accommodate up to 200 people. Rental includes the full use of Tables, Chairs, Three Restrooms, Three Smart TV's, Sound System, and a Refrigerator.

Interested in having your event catered? Meals can possibly be arranged by the Fire Company. Contact us to see if this is possible!

Rental Fees:
Recurring Meeting Rental Rate (2 hours or less rented at least once/month, minimum of 3 meetings)- $100
Meeting Rental Rate (2 hours or less) - $150

Half-day Rental (5 hours or less) - $225.00

Full Day Rental- $400.00
Two Full Days - $600.00
Each Additional Consecutive Day - $100
Kitchen Use Fee - $100.00
– May use the kitchen space, refrigerators, utensils, etc.
THE USE OF ANY FRYERS, STOVES, AND OVENS IS NOT PERMITTED.
Security Deposit - $100.00
A security deposit will be required for all rental agreements. Applies to all rental agreements. This is a Reservation - Damage - Clean-up fee. This fee will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled within 30 days of the reservation date. This fee will be forfeited if, upon inspection of the facility, the conditions of the rental agreement have not been satisfied.
